Refund Policy

This Refund Policy of 1win explains the conditions under which a refund request may be reviewed and processed. The rules below apply to all users of the Platform and to all payment methods supported. By using the services, each user accepts this Policy together with the User Agreement and related documents.

Refunds are handled under strict conditions due to the nature of betting and gaming services. Once funds are used for betting activity, including participation with bonus funds, a refund is no longer possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

A refund cannot be completed in cases where deposited funds, bonuses, or any part of them have been used for gambling activity. Placement of a single bet, participation in a game round, or any wagering action is treated as use of funds. This rule applies regardless of the outcome of the bet or game.

Bonuses and bonus-related funds follow the same principle. If a bonus or bonus-linked balance has been used in any way, it cannot be refunded or reversed.

Time Limits for Refund Requests

A refund request may only be considered within specific timeframes. Requests submitted outside these limits are not reviewed. Refund requests may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Within 24 hours from the time of the transaction, if the request relates to an alleged payment issue;
  • Within 30 days, if the account holder claims that access to the account was obtained by another person or by a minor.

Requests submitted after the applicable period are rejected automatically.

Identity Verification

Processing of any refund request requires confirmation of identity. A refund or transaction reversal may be delayed or suspended until identity verification is completed to a satisfactory level. Verification may require submission of additional documents, including:

  • Notarized identification;
  • Certified copies of identity documents;
  • Other documents permitted under the laws of the user’s jurisdiction.

If requested documents are not provided within 30 days from the date of the request, the refund or reversal is not processed. In such cases, the account may be closed, and all funds in the account may be forfeited. This decision is treated as final and binding.

Additional Conditions

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible and permitted by payment providers. Processing time may depend on verification procedures and third-party payment systems.

Each request is reviewed individually in line with this Policy, internal procedures, and legal obligations. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
