User Agreement

Welcome to our 1win official website. This User Agreement governs access to the website and any related applications and interfaces, including the desktop app, mobile app, and web pages (together, the “Platform”). The Agreement also governs all betting and gaming services available on the Platform (the “Services”).

Use of any section of the Platform, account registration, deposits, bet placement, cash-out use, participation in promotions, or any other interaction with the Services means full acceptance of this Agreement and all linked documents published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, KYC & AML Policy, Refund Policy, sport rules, bonus rules, and any special conditions displayed at the time of use. If any clause is not accepted, access to the Platform and use of the Services must stop.

Eligibility and User Declarations

Access to the Services is limited to persons who meet all requirements in this section. By using the Services, the user confirms each statement below as true at the time of access and throughout use of the Platform.

  • The user confirms legal age and capacity: Use is permitted only to adults who reached the minimum legal age for gambling in the user’s place of residence and who are at least 18 years old; the user also confirms legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
  • The user confirms location status: Access does not occur from Restricted Territories; VPNs, proxies, or tools that hide or alter geographic location are prohibited; any attempt to bypass regional controls may lead to restrictions, suspension, termination, and review of account activity;
  • The user confirms personal participation: Bets must be placed only for personal purposes and with personal funds; use of a Gaming Account by another person is prohibited; sale, transfer, rental, or sharing of a Gaming Account is not permitted;
  • The user confirms account uniqueness: Registration is limited to 1 Gaming Account per person; duplicate or backup accounts are prohibited; if duplicate accounts are detected, actions may include closure of accounts, invalidation of related transactions, refusal of withdrawals during checks, recovery of bonuses, and recovery of winnings linked to the breach;
  • The user confirms self-exclusion status: Active self-exclusion that prevents gambling participation must be respected; if self-exclusion applies, the user must not use the Services;
  • The user confirms the accuracy of the information: All information provided on the Platform must be complete, accurate, and verifiable; false, misleading, or outdated information may lead to limits on account functions, cancellation of bets, refusal of withdrawals, forfeiture of winnings linked to the breach, and closure of the account;
  • The user confirms awareness of limits: Limits may apply to maximum prizes and withdrawals per day, week, or month; limits may differ by sport category, event, market type, payment method, risk profile, and regulatory obligations.

Acceptance of Risk and Responsibility

Gambling involves financial risk and may result in loss of deposited funds. Use of the Services occurs by personal choice and at personal risk. Each user bears full responsibility for decisions, bets, and outcomes.

Responsible gambling support exists on the Platform, but responsibility for play decisions stays with the user. No guarantee exists for winnings, profit, or success.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees not to bring claims against the Company or its partners, directors, officers, employees, or contractors related to gambling activity and losses, except for rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Registration and Profile Rules

A Gaming Account is required for access to core Services. Registration may occur through quick registration or registration with an email and a password. During registration and profile completion, the Platform may request personal data necessary for account administration and compliance checks. The following details may be requested:

  • Full legal name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Phone number;
  • Email address;
  • Login credentials and security details.

A valid email address must be provided and kept current. Profile information must be updated promptly if any details change. Failure to keep data accurate may lead to limits on withdrawals, limits on betting, suspension of the account, or cancellation of payments.

Only 1 Gaming Account per person is permitted. Additional accounts are treated as duplicates. Duplicate accounts may lead to invalidation of operations conducted through a duplicate account and recovery of winnings, bonuses, or funds linked to the breach. Deposit refund decisions depend on the facts of the case and compliance checks.

Identity Verification and AML Controls

KYC and AML controls protect the Platform from fraud and illegal activity. Verification may occur at any stage and may be required before withdrawals. Information on the Gaming Account must match the user’s true legal identity. Payment instruments used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to the account holder.

Verification may require the submission of documents. The Platform typically requests documents that confirm identity, address, and payment method ownership.

Examples of requested documents include:

  • Proof of identity, such as a passport or national ID;
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill not older than 3 months;
  • Payment method proof, such as a bank statement or card information, not older than 3 months.

Documents must be clear and readable. Documents are usually required in English or another language accepted by the Company for a specific case.

If requested documents are not provided within a reasonable period, actions may include withholding the account balance until verification ends, freezing the account, voiding selected transactions, suspension, or closure of the account.

Transaction monitoring applies to deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity. If a transaction appears linked to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, the Company may refuse the transaction, restrict account functions, and report relevant information to competent authorities where required by law. Notice to the user may not be provided in cases covered by applicable AML rules.

The user confirms a lawful source of funds. Funds deposited must not come from illegal sources. Third-party deposits from friends, relatives, or partners are prohibited. Deposits must originate from an account, card, or payment method registered in the user’s name. Detection of third-party funding may lead to confiscation of winnings linked to the breach and further account restrictions.

Betting Rules and Settlement Principles

Bets are accepted according to the Line published on the Platform. The Line includes events, markets, odds, and time limits for acceptance. All bets are calculated based on information from the processing center and other reliable sources used for settlement.

A bet is accepted only after registration on the server and online confirmation. After acceptance, cancellation or modification is not permitted except where this Agreement explicitly allows it.

The available balance limits bet placement. A bet amount cannot exceed the current balance. After bet registration, the bet amount is debited. After settlement, winnings are credited.

Odds, handicaps, and limits may change at any time for future bets. Previously accepted bets keep the terms that applied at the time of acceptance.

Bets must be placed before the event begins. Start time shown in the Line may be approximate. The actual start time governs bet validity. Bets placed after the actual start time may be invalid and may be settled at odds of 1, except for live bets placed during the event under live rules.

A bet is winning only if all outcomes in that bet are predicted correctly according to the market rules. For multiple bets, a loss of 1 selection usually results in a loss of the entire multiple.

Bet cancellation and settlement at odds of 1 may apply in defined cases, including event postponement beyond stated limits, participant changes, equal totals on a total market, handicap draw results, or other cases described in sport rules.

Errors, Obvious Mistakes, and Integrity Controls

The Platform may correct the settlement if an incorrect result was entered or provided by a data source. Recalculation may occur. Bets placed between an incorrect settlement and a later recalculation are valid. If recalculation results in a negative balance, bet placement may be blocked until the balance becomes positive through a deposit or other lawful credit.

Obvious errors in odds or event listing may occur. Staff errors, incorrect odds display, a mismatch between the Line and a placed bet, or other confirmed mistakes may lead to settlement at corrected odds that match the final result, or settlement at odds of 1.

Bets placed on known outcomes are prohibited. If evidence shows that the user had information about the result at the time of bet placement, the Company may void the bet, settle at odds of 1, close the account, and cancel related bets. Internal review may occur without disclosure of evidence or conclusions.

Suspicion of match-fixing or unfair competition triggers integrity controls. The Company may block markets for an event until a conclusion from a relevant organization or credible authority becomes available. If unfair competition is confirmed, affected bets may be declared invalid and settled at odds of 1.

Differences in spelling, translation, or transliteration of team names, player names, or venues may occur. Claims based only on name spelling differences are not accepted. Tournament labels and descriptive fields have an auxiliary role and do not guarantee the absence of minor errors.

Claims and Dispute Procedure

A complaint procedure applies before the escalation of disputes. The user must submit a claim within 10 days from the day the user learned, or should have learned, about the issue. A claim must include facts and materials that support the claim. A claim should include:

  • Account identifier;
  • Date and time of the bet;
  • Event and market;
  • Stake amount;
  • Selected outcome and odds;
  • Reasons for disagreement with the settlement.

Claims without sufficient supporting information may be returned without review.

For disputes that require review, the Company reviews the claim in good faith and provides a reply within a reasonable period. Where additional checks are required, the review period may extend.

Types of Bets and Combination Limits

The Platform supports different bet formats. Single bets cover 1 outcome. Multiple bets cover several outcomes.

Dependent outcomes are restricted. A multiple may include only 1 dependent outcome. If the bet slip includes dependent selections, the Company may exclude selections with the lowest odds from that multiple or apply other restrictions described in the sport rules.

Some markets have special conditions. For example, penalty-related markets may settle as losing if no penalty is awarded during regular time, and goal sequence markets may settle as failing if the specified goal number does not occur.

Live Bets

Live bets are accepted during an event for main and additional outcomes. A live bet is received only after server registration and confirmation. Editing and deletion are not permitted after acceptance.
Live match information, including current score, may differ across sources. The Company is not liable for inaccuracies in live display data. Users may use independent sources for reference.

Cash-Out

Cash-out is a function that permits early settlement of an active bet before the final settlement of the event. The cash-out amount depends on event progress and market conditions and may be higher or lower than the original stake.

Cash-out may be available for pre-match and live bets, subject to market availability. For multiple bets, cash-out usually applies to the entire multiple, not to single selections inside the multiple. After cash-out confirmation, the bet settles immediately, and the cash-out amount is credited to the Gaming Account. Final event results do not affect the settled bet.

The Company may approve or decline a cash-out request for any event or market.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Conditions

Deposits are required before betting. Cash deposits are not accepted. Payment processing may involve third-party payment institutions and financial partners. Use of a payment method means acceptance of the rules of that payment provider, to the extent those rules do not conflict with this Agreement.

Chargebacks and payment disputes create risk for the Platform. The user agrees not to reverse, cancel, or deny completed transactions without valid grounds. Fraud indicators may lead to account suspension, cancellation of payments, and recovery of funds. The Company may notify competent authorities in cases of suspected fraud.

Withdrawal access depends on compliance checks. The Platform may require completion of profile details and completion of verification checks. A wagering requirement may apply before withdrawals. A standard rule may require wagering of 100% of each deposit before withdrawal activation.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and operational checks. Large winnings may be paid under a withdrawal schedule that includes daily limits set on an individual basis. The Gaming Account is not a bank account. No interest applies to funds held on the Gaming Account.

Prohibited Conduct

Use of the Platform is permitted only for lawful personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, automated betting software, exploitation of technical issues, abusive language, threats, interference with Platform operation, malware distribution, spam, attempts to access confidential data, and DDoS attacks.

Transfer or sale of a Gaming Account is prohibited. Use of VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools is not permitted. If prohibited conduct is detected, the Company may suspend or close the account, void bets, cancel transactions, recover winnings and bonuses linked to the breach, and restrict access to the Platform.

Restricted Persons and Event Participants

Bets are not accepted from persons who directly participate in the events on which bets are placed, including athletes, coaches, referees, officials, club owners, managers, or persons who can influence the outcome. Bets are also not accepted from persons who act on their instruction or from persons whose participation is prohibited by applicable law.

If such participation is discovered, the Company may refuse payout, cancel bets, and apply restrictions at any time after discovery.

Changes to the Agreement

The Company may change this Agreement for legal, commercial, security, or service reasons. Updated clauses and effective dates are published on the Platform. Each user is responsible for reviewing the current version.

If a user does not accept the updated terms, use of the Platform must stop. Continued use after publication of changes confirms acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination, Suspension, and Service Access

The Company may suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases that include fraud suspicion, collusion, hacking attempts, manipulation of Platform systems, prohibited conduct, illegal use, or abusive content posted on the Platform.

The Company may also limit access to the Services for maintenance, updates, security measures, or technical issues. Liability for downtime, delays, or interruptions is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, logos, design elements, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of the Platform does not grant any ownership rights. Copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without written permission is prohibited.

Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data processing occurs under the Privacy Policy. The user provides consent for processing necessary for account administration, compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Data may be shared with processors and contractors on a need-to-know basis for Service operation.

Cookies support Platform functionality and security. Cookie controls depend on device and browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit access to parts of the Platform.

Language Priority

The English version of this Agreement is the controlling version. Any translation is provided for reference.
