1win Refund Policy
This page explains the conditions under which refund requests are handled at 1win. Please read these terms carefully.
General Rule
No refund can be issued once deposited funds, including any bonus amounts, have been used for gambling activity on the website or in the 1win app.
Refund Request Conditions
A refund request will only be considered in the following cases:
- The request is made within 24 hours of the transaction in question;
- The request is made within 30 days if you believe another person or a minor accessed your account and made the transaction without your permission.
Identity Verification
1win reserves the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until your identity is confirmed. If requested, you must provide a notarised ID or any other certified identification document in line with the laws of your jurisdiction. If this document is not submitted within 30 days of the request, the refund will not be processed. In this case, your account will be closed and all remaining funds will be forfeited. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.
