1win KYC and AML Policy
1win follows strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures. These measures are in place to prevent illegal activity, protect users, and comply with international regulations.
What is AML?
Anti-money laundering refers to the laws and procedures designed to stop criminals from disguising illegally obtained funds as legitimate income. 1win applies internal regulations and monitoring programs to help combat money laundering and terrorist financing worldwide.
User Obligations
By registering an account at 1win, you agree to the following:
- You will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws;
- You confirm that the funds in your account have not been obtained from any illegal source;
- You agree to provide any information 1win may request to meet its legal and regulatory obligations.
Identity Verification (KYC)
1win conducts identity checks on users based on the level of potential risk associated with each account. At a minimum, we collect the following information:
- Full name;
- Residential or registration address;
- Source of funds deposited into your account.
To verify this information, we may request the following documents at any time:
- A valid passport or national ID card;
- A recent utility bill as proof of address (no older than 3 months);
- A recent bank or card statement linked to a payment method used on your account (no older than 6 months).
This procedure is required by applicable gaming regulations and AML laws.
Transaction Monitoring
1win monitors account activity for suspicious transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or block any transaction if there are reasons to believe it may be linked to money laundering or criminal activity. Under international law, we are not required to notify you if your activity has been flagged or reported to the relevant authorities.
Data Retention
All identification documents and transaction records are securely stored. We retain this data as required by law and our internal AML policies to ensure ongoing compliance and to protect both users and the business.
